Brooke Hamilton is an attorney at Whitten Burrage Law Firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is a member of the litigation team that represented the State of Oklahoma in its lawsuit against opioid manufacturers. 

Brooke Hamilton is a Phi Beta Kappa and 4.0 graduate from the University of Oklahoma, receiving her B.A. with distinction in History. Brooke graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2017 with distinction.

 In 2018, Brooke was a recipient of the NextGen Under 30 Award for the Law, as well as the recipient of the 2018 Stuart Meyers Spirit of Oklahoma Award. Brooke engages in pro bono work in international human rights law and is active in serving the legal community in Oklahoma, and is currently the Secretary of the International Law Section for the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Co-Chair of the Young Alumni Advisory and Pro Bono Council for OU Law’s Center for International Business and Human Rights and is on the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association’s Oklahoma City chapter.
